Traditional Brick Character Within a Limited Footprint
Envision Bank wanted brick to be a defining element of its new building, but the tight lot presented a practical challenge. A conventional full-depth brick assembly would have required more space around the building.
The Glen-Gery Thin Tech Elite system provided a solution suited to those constraints while preserving the texture, color, and visual character of real clay brick.
Installing the Thin Brick System
Installation began with engineered metal panels attached directly to the building frame. Cornerstone then installed real clay thin bricks using adhesive and integrated support ties.
Specialized corner panels allowed corner brick units to wrap the building’s edges, creating the depth and continuity associated with traditionally laid masonry. Once the joints were finished, the individual components read as a unified brick facade.
A Durable Commercial Exterior
The completed veneer adds brick accents across the building’s primary tower, lower walls, entrances, and window areas. The brick complements the building’s lighter exterior finishes while giving the bank a substantial, established appearance.
The result combines the character and durability of real clay brick with an installation system selected specifically for the site’s limited space
